Uganda and Kenya authorities have resolved to end abomination and gun violence among inter-pastoral communities in both Karamoja Sub–Region and Turkana County in Kenya.

He added: ” I choose to acknowledge the President of the Republic of Uganda and Commander in Chief of the UPDF Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for accepting us to erode and dividing out accustomed resources.”
